Romantic evening in Cancun, staying at the Moon Palace?

I want to plan a surprise romantic evening for my hubby while we are in Cancun. We are staying at the Moon Palace, I'm sure they will have a few romantic restaurants, but I'd like to see what else might be out there. Any information/feedback you have woudl be greatly appreciated!

Arrange with the concierge a private dinner for two, a romantic spot on the beach or some where on the property.

The property is beautiful and very large.

You are quite a distance away from Cancun, which would involve a cab ride and a expensive night eating off property. I would check your options out first with the concierge.
