Romantic places in New Delhi?

I want to take my girlfriend out to some romantic place, where we can just sit and relax with each other, i am tired of movie halls and malls. Can anyone please suggest romantic restaurants, parks, markets or any other pace where i can go and spend quality time with my love. Please suggest places which are not too costly.
