please help me find romantic but fairly priced restaurants in cork city???

Here are a few suggestions:

The Ivory Tower.

Oliver Plunkett St. Very eclectic and eccentric food. A five course set meal at 55 euros a head.

Cheap it is not. However an intimate and unusual small room with very friendly staff and award winning food.

The Vintage Restaurant  (My favorite)

Harbour Lodge (My husband's favorite)

Very romantic. Very reasonably priced. Located on the waterfront Kinsale harbour.

No. 5 Fenns Quay, parallel to Washington St. Contemporary and very high quality and continental cuisine in a nicely renovated old house. Expect to pay about 35-40 euros a head.

Just a suggestion... when you want to find out things about a city, make sure to put the state as well (or country or whatever). I have no idea where "Cork City" is... wish I could be of more help... :)

A good idea would be to go to the Local button on the Yahoo main page, then type in restaurants and then put your city and state or zip code. It will list ones in your immediate and surrounding areas.
