I am thinking of taking my date for dinner to a romantic, quiet and fun restaurant in Vancouver. I hate those restaurants where you need to scream instead of talking. Any suggestions?

you can get romatic anywhere, try a indian resturant called Tasty Sweets in Surrey, BC :D
