Romantic restaurant recommendation for New Year's Eve in Toronto?

I will be spending New Years with my girl in Toronto, looking for a Restaurant with a nice view of the city and the fireworks. Would also like it to have a lounge and dance floor... any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

I am a former chef and "Yes" the CN Tower is nice, and Canoe at the TD Center on the 55th floor is great view of the city, if you looking for ncie hotel in that area, the Strathcona on York St is nice and runs for around $100 a night, and may have a package deal for you on NYE.

There are bars and lounges in both venues, but there are a number on Front St and in the Entertaiment district in the Spadina and King to Univerisity area.
