Romantic restaurant to dine.?

My bf's birthday is coming and i wanna take him out for a dinner.. Perfer to be a nice environment that serve great food and best if they serve cakes too...

Any recommendation? **Please dun ask me to cook for him as i do not have the time to prepare.

Depending on ur budget. If you are tight, try Menotti (Raffles Place shpg cntr) or Roccotti 2 (at china square) If less and willing to spend more, try Just Steak (riverwalk) nice view and if u are lucky this few days, u might catch the fireworks!!! They have couple seats....

Get yourself an entertainment book if you haven't already.  Go to the most expensive one in the book and use the discount.

Best source to find any price range and different types of cuisine (restaurants), ger a reveiw of the restaurant and many times even see what the menu & decor look like is www.opentable.com. Today's world nobody has time but if you really want to give your boyfrnd a real surprise so buy a cake from out side and make other things by yourself.Atleast a dish.Have this in afternoon and  then go out for dinner in the night he will love it.
