Rome total war cheat?

i havent played rome total war for awhile and i decided to, (with cheats, of course, im not into fair play for strategy games), i looked on several wesbites and im looking for the fast recruitment cheat, some websites just say its "process_rq <settlement name>", but it doesnt work, is it just my game?
