Romeo Academy set to shine at Nottingham – Maiden Standard Preview
Romeo Academy is likely to add fourth victory to his short career list by winning Betfred Puppy Maiden Standard Open Race at Nottingham racecourse on Monday night, March 12. The £150 high-profile contest of 500m Flat distance is scheduled to start at 21:37
(GMT).
The L. Tuffin-trained brindle dog is geared up to compete against Mardi Boy, Little Gent, Hesley Sieger, Faypoint Annie and Thinkingoutloud.
Romeo Academy undisputedly stands above all in terms of talent and skills. The novice runner has accomplished some glaring feats in just two months of his career.
Making his debut in February 2012, the young and energetic runner registered a hat-trick by winning three races in a row. He won each of the events with reasonable margin.
The son of Surf Lorian out of Fabulous Molly finished sixth in his last outing on March 3. As a whole, the two-year-old dashing dog possesses marvellous track record which depicts that he will perform superbly in tonight’s competition as well.
Romeo Academy’s chances to finish first in the Standard race are as high as 90 percent provided he manages to sustain his momentum and runs to his best.

After finishing third each in three back-to-back races during the month of February, the son of Royal Impact out of Pennys Kim notched up top spot in his last outing on March 2. He is likely to run confidently tonight.
