Ron Jon Surfboards any good??

Question

A question for you surfers out there. Any of you have experience riding a Ron Jon surfboard? I'm just wondering why they're so cheap.

Are they made here in the U.S.? More importantly, how's the quality of the board, do they use good quality foam? I just want something that will last and even though they're cheap, I still want to get my monies worth.

it depends, if u are a beginner then i would buy a board thats somewhat long and very cheap cause you have a high chance of messing up a board when your still getting the basics down.  but ron jon surfboards are not custom made. their make in sweatshops in china, also know as popouts.. their one of the worst boards you could buy. so just buy one from your local surf shop.

theyre made in china but if you are learning then go for it cuz it will be a nice first baord to get the basics down.
