Ronaldinho: Destination http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 or Manchester City?
Every transfer season comes with the speculation of players making a move from one club to another, this year is no different. Ronaldinho is being offered at £7million around http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809
as his contract runs out at the end of this season. The 30 year old AC Milan striker made the move three years ago from Barcelona for a transfer fee of £15million. Ronaldinho has been linked with Brazilian clubs including http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Palmeiras-c40165 and hometown side
Gremio. But none is willing to meet the asking price.
LA galaxy has shown interest in teaming him up with Beckham. He is also being linked to his former club Paris Saint-Germain. His brother also his agent said:
“There are many Brazilian clubs interested in Ronaldinho, but I won’t rule out a European move. It seems clear his time with the Rossoneri is at an end.”
Earlier this month, Liverpool were also linked with him but their manager, Roy Hodgson played down the rumour saying that he’s not even thought about it. Roman Abramovich too, once a big fan of Ronaldinho when he was at his best at Barcelona, didn't seem
all that eager to sign the Brazilian since Stamford Bridge boss Carlo Ancelotti is not a big fan of Ronaldinho - during Ronaldinho's time at AC Milan, Ancelotti did not make him a regular part of the starting eleven.
Although Manchester City made a move for him in 2008 when they were looking for a commercially attractive impact, the blues are unlikely to go for a player who some say is past his peak, plus they have their eyes all set on Wolfsburg's Dzeko. In 2003, Manchester
United tried to sign him after his heroics in the 2002 World Cup quarter final against England.
Arguably one of the best players of his generation, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ronaldinho-c31733 is currently looking for a new club. One may reason that having won every individual award on all stages, he would lack motivation and focus. The two time FIFA world player of the year has been
out of form lately, with his last Serie-A start way back in October.  We have to wait and see who picks him up with his slightly steep £100,000 per week salary plus his demands for regular action and a stable deal to ensure he plays for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858 in the upcoming
world cup.
