  1. Adebayor said he would be loyal while Ronaldo said he would play with his heart and soul and honor the shirt that he's wearing.

  2. If they continue to shine it did be great

but it depends upon passion, morale and determination, 1s a player lost its morale cuz the clubs who are treatin like a 'glorified slave' theer gud be a dip in morale and determination.

but if a player is technically superior like ronaldo he can still do gud but not from his soul but by his hunger for more..

  3. Yes they will otherwise no other club will be interested if they don't show there are dedicated and professional, as for Ronaldo i'm quite sure he's been told he can leave next season so that's why he's sucking up to alex at the moment

  4. I would fully expect them to give everything thing they had to their respective clubs, Iwouldn't expect a dip in their performance.

  5. Two hugely contrasting scenarios

Ronaldo wanted Madrid, Madrid wanted Ronaldo, but Man U's unwillingness means he'll be another season here. His ankle injury means he won't be back til October, so he prob won't be at his best til midwinter. I'm fearful at how the crowd will react to Ronaldo's comeback, and also if Ronaldo will be hungry for more success, I can see him scoring at least 20 goals next year but a shadow of the player he was the year before. My worry then is that in summer 09 he will transfer to Madrid at a cut price to "restart" his career and do really well with them. Its like Ronaldinho, there's no way a player of his calibre should have been sold I believe. He's gone to Milan to kickstart his career again, and he's already doing unreal with Brazil in the world cup, wouldn't surprise me at all if Milan won Serie A this yr.

Adebayor at least in press conference said he was glad to stay at Arsenal. His price was miles too high, plus no club officially announced an interest in him, twas only all hype from the media, also his form dropped considerably towards the end of last season. This preseason he's looked really impressive, was at the centre of all 3goals wen they beat Ajax 3-2 and were 2-0 down. Acquisitions of Nasri and Vela means more balls will be flying into the box for him, so I expeect him to thrive this yr and possibly top last yrs goal tally.
