With all the rumours floating around pertaining to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ronaldo-c31734’s deep state of depression, which seems to take precedence over all other possible football news, the Portuguese forward has confirmed that he does not want to leave Real Madrid, and that
his sadness is not due to money issues either.
The Portuguese captain confirmed that he does not want to leave Real Madrid, as he has too much respect for the club and himself to take such an action.
He also stated that his desire to score goals, win matches, and trophies is not hindered in the least by his off-field circumstances.
After he first told the Spanish media that he was “sad for professional reasons” after helping his side beat Granada 3-0, rumours about Ronaldo’s sadness were flying all over the sporting world.
Most common amongst these rumours were pertaining to the former Manchester United winger wanting to leave the Santiago Bernabeu.
However, with possibly one of the best managers football has ever seen, and after scoring his 150th goal for Madrid, winning Spain’s biggest football league last season, and on his way to the Champions League, there is hardly a legitimate reason that the
Portuguese captain can come up with to justify leaving.
Not to mention last night’s tweet where Ronaldo stated, “That I am feeling sad and have expressed this has created a huge stir. I am accused of wanting more money, but one day it will be shown that this is not the case. I want to guarantee to Real Madrid
fans that my motivation, dedication, commitment and desire to win all competitions will not be affected. I have too much respect for myself and Real Madrid to ever give less to the club than all I am capable of.”
So the 27-year-old player has no ambition of leaving the Capital club. He has specifically stated that he has no issues with his pay, and that he wants to continue playing for Real Madrid, which makes sense when you think about it.
Real Madrid is one of the most decorated football clubs around, his record there is practically flawless, he gets to play alongside some of the greatest players in the world, and his club’s history is decorated with having some of the greatest players and
coaches in history.
Ronaldo has stated very clearly that he does not want to leave Madrid, and so it seems that this rumour is no more applicable.
