The Portuguese skipper has refused to rule out a move to the Italian Serie A, claiming that he may consider moving there one day.
Real Madrid’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Cristiano-Ronaldo-c9629 has expressed that he cannot completely a deny a move to Italy and has stated that there is no telling about what the future may hold. As speculation regarding his future is hardly making the news, the Madrid number 7 may
have dropped a hint towards a move to the Serie A.
Although at the moment, Ronaldo seems to be enjoying his football with the Spanish giants as he is one of the most important players on the squad which consists of world class players.
The Portuguese international has scored 43 goals in the Spanish La Liga in the course of this season’s campaign and is in competition with Barcelona’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lionel-Messi-c22296 for this year’s Pichichi award.
The 27-year-old moved to the Santiago Bernabeu in the summer of 2009 from English Premier giants, Manchester United. During his time with the Red Devils, the forward/winger had already established himself as one of the best players in the world.
Ronaldo is still the most expensive player in the world, as his transfer cost Madrid a sum of 80 million Pounds.
Joining Los Blancos only brought more success for the former Ballon d’Or winner and he is still rated among the very best the beautiful game has ever seen.
So far the former Manchester United man has scored 143 goals for Los Vikingos in a total of 141 appearances.
Considering the fact that Ronaldo is well-set at his current club, there is hardly any speculation regarding his departure from the club. However, the attacker has refused to claim that he will spend the rest of his career at the Spanish capital.
While talking to reporters, the Portuguese international was quoted as saying:
"I respect the Italian league but right now it is third behind Spain's [La Liga] and England's [Premier League]. But never say never. Someday, why not In http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567, AC Milan and Juventus."
"I'm proud to play for Real Madrid because I have fun; when you no longer have fun it's a sign that it's time to leave. For now though, I'm happy here at the greatest club in the world."
Amazingly, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ronaldo-c31734’s buyout clause at Real Madrid is currently set at a whopping sum of 1 billion, and there hardly seems to be a team that will dare to make a bid for him as long as he is under contract with the Spanish giants.
