The two athletes are on international duty at the moment and are preparing for Portugal’s clash against Luxembourg.
Earlier this week, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ronaldo-c31734 made a statement which shocked football viewers all over the world. According to the star forward, he is currently unhappy at his club due to a professional reason.
The former Manchester United man stated that the Spanish giants are aware of the problems he is facing as he talked to media personnel after Real Madrid’s La Liga fixture against Granada.
Madrid’s match against Granada took place at the Santiago Bernabeu and saw the hosts emerge 3-0 victorious over the visitors. The Portuguese skipper’s contribution towards his side was a wondrous brace.
However, the former Red Devil refused to celebrate any of his two goals. Despite reaching his 150th goal mark with the Spanish capital-based outfit, the striker hardly had a smile across his face. It was after the match ended that he revealed the reason
for his display of displeasure.
Nevertheless, Amorim is convinced that things are completely normal with the 27-year-old. He added that he expects the attacker to perform at his usual best and inspire his national side to victory against Luxembourg.
While talking to reporters the 27-year-old was quoted as saying:
"Cristiano is the best in the world and it is normal that attracts many people, but I do not care. I do not have much contact with journalists, but I do know that players are used to so much attention.”
"I find that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Cristiano-c9622 is completely normal. We have a great atmosphere and we are all happy and ready to get in the best way possible in the qualifiers. I have no idea why he did not celebrate against Granada. What I want is for him to do a lot in Madrid.
Celebrate or not is his decision."
