same question again.......maybe its easier than u think actually because i think theres only one graveyard in cobh so just phone/visit it and they can tell u fairly easily!!

Maybe still go to the council first just to find out who u r looking for

I was actually in Cobh and visited a graveyard - possibly it's the only one with lots of graves dedicated to people lost at sea including the Lusitania disaster.  You'd need to go there and see the graves for yourself.
