Hello, I am looking to have a few friends gather for a birthday in New York City. I am 24 so I am looking for anywhere from cheap to moderately priced and publicly accesible rooftop bars below 80th street. I have been to a couple as I am working in the city, I am just looking for some more. Thanks.
