Room Ideas.?

I really want to do something different with my room. My mom said we/i can redecorate if i think of something and pay half the cost...anyways any ideas. Im 15,my room is small medium sized,i have a tv,and bed,shelves the basic stuff.. Right now its pink and blue walls(which i hate)

Im looking for something that matches my bedspread...but is retroish and bright lol.

i kind of want orange and teal walls,but im not sure,what colors make smaller rooms look bigger.

Burnt orange will complement that bedspread.  Teal would be overwhelming and make it look like a teal pit of...not fun.  And burnt orange is retro - bright orange, not so much.

The two colors on that bedspread would be perfect.  Perhaps, two opposite walls white, and the other two, one the green, and one the light burnt (or yellow orange) orange.  

I'd get the very simple wooden shelves from Target and paint them the same colors as the walls, and stack them all over, creating a TV stand in the process.  You can put all your books, etc on them as well.  Keep them on one wall! One of the white ones.  Buy different sizes and make them jagged.

A simple simple desk - you can get one at target for cheap, that you put together yourself.  Get it in black if you can, otherwise don't buy it because I don't think you can paint it.  A simple black desk would work as well.  The black will be bold against the white and orange and green, but complement the teal bedspread.
