Room Redecorating tips?

I want to do a Hollywood theme without spending ANY money, I'd like to be crafty and make everything and I am not allowed to paint my walls but im really good with crafts and I have pretty much every craft item you could imagine.

Ok. Right now i am going to trust that you do have every craft item i could imagine.

The thing you will want to focus on most is stars, and glitter. You should definitely make your own star with your name on it. If you are allowed to hang pictures up on the wall, buy a magazine. I know, yes, it costs money, but they are usually about 3 dollars. Not that much. Some magazines have "poster issues" or something like that, where a lot of the magazine is just posters of your favorite stars. If you like any  of them, make a frame out of whatever you want and put them up on the walls.

And for a finishing touch, (if you have them,) (maybe not,) put some sassy boas around your room or chair. anywhere! it would look awesome. you could also put a small star with your name on it outside of your door. like a dressing room!
