Room decorating and designing!

Question

I want to make my room more unique. It is mostly Light Blue, Lime Green and White. I have a Green and Yellow polkadotted bedspread and I LOVE polkadots. I also love my horse... I want to make him part of my room too! Anyone have some Ideas on how I can make my room less bland and more pazaz? I dont have a huge budget.

What's really fun is to take tons and tons of pictures and just make a huge collage. you can get pictures of your friends, your horse, you don't stuff, posters, movie tickets, just like anything and just put it all over a wall, or on all of your walls. i did that and i think it's really fun. and for music, you can take like cds and string them up. to make it more unique you can get like some fun pillows, or just normal pillows, and if you go to a fabric store they have like really cute fun ribbony stuff, that has like sparkles, or other things that are really pretty and you can sew them aruond the edges of pillows, onto the bottoms of lamps, pretty much everywhere! if you can, you can also get some paint and paint polkadots on your walls with different sizes and just in a random pattern. hope this helps!
