Room redecoration help?

im painting my room green & orange.

im going for a quirky, magical, sort of elegant room.

i have this amazing sunrise canopy bed that goes perfectly with the idea in mind. i just dont know where to get started!

Try painting the ceiling a bold colour which contrasts with the walls - that's different and quirky!
