Roomate problems???????

Question

my fiance and i live with one roomate...we are renting.

since the roomate has mooved to the upper part of the house he has done NOTHING...it was agreed and has always been this way to share duties in the house....now he won't do ne thing...not dishes..not garbage...no cleaning except his room...and he doesn't throw his trash away ....even the stuff in the fridge thats been there for months...

I"m getting frusterated cause no matter what u say to him...he does what he wants....acts like a child...mind you he is 25...

what should i do.....

Get the owner to inspect the place and explain the situation. He will know what to do..

hmm...have you tried talking to him. maybe if you talk to him he will understand and take his share of chores. its the easiest way without kicking him out....lol
