Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney, Arsenal’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rangers-c40314 captain Joey Barton were amongst a number of Premier League players who were disappointed by Real Madrid’s Pepe, for his actions in the El Classico. At the same time,
these players were amazed by the way Barcelona handled themselves in the match.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lionel-Messi-c22296 during the game.
However, the United forward was not the only player to go ahead and highlight the player’s stupidity, as a number of other Premier League stars joined in later on.
Rooney, when talking about the Portuguese defender, is quoted to have said: "http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Pepe-c29670. What an idiot. Sometimes people wind u up."
The striker was also delighted to see Eric Abidal score the match winner, as he went on to add: "Haha. That goal serves pepe right."

Jack Wilshere also decided to join the party, as he went on to state: "Poor from Pepe!"
Unlike Rooney, the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 midfielder then went on to appreciate the positives of the game, as he felt that Andres Iniesta was doing some pretty unbelievable things during the game.
"Iniesta's a joke.....the best midfielder in the world! In my opinion.....the way he glides past players! Reminds me of Gazza [http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Paul-c29347 Gascoigne]"
QPR midfielder, Joey Barton went on give his two cents later on using his Twitter account as well and went on to express his appreciation for Xavi Hernandez.
The Premier League star is quoted to have said: "How good is Xavi?"
"Head is on a swivel at all times. As good as I've ever seen that fella......"
Real Madrid opened the scoring in their game against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-c8346 Puyol and Eric Abidal went on to score two second half goals, which saw the Catalans come out on top against their rivals, as they went
on to win the Copa Del Rey version of the El Classico in the Bernabeu.
Madrid are now going to have to recover as fast as they can, or they could potentially see themselves slip up in their upcoming games as well.
