I have a Roper (RT21LMXKQ04) with ice maker which use to make perfect ice. Lately it appears to be heating too soon and melting the ice too much before the "arms" can sweep the cubes out of the tray. The "arms" swipe through slushy ice and begin to build-up like Popsicles until they have so much build up that they will no longer turn because they jam against the slots on the top of the tray. We are constantly clearing the build-up from the arms in order to generate a mediocre amount of ice, and what we do receive is "hollow" or "slivers" that are being scraped out of the tray. The ice maker is delivering the correct amount of water to the tray.
