Rosa Mia? Rosa Mya? .... Help Me

I was in cancun a few years back and I had this frozen tequila drink it was sooooo good and they called it a Rosa Mia I am not sure how they spelled it but as i remember it was tequila and a fresh bananna wil a little more liquor and stuff but i reallly want to find the ingredients so if your from Cancun hopefully the resorts please help me
