Rosarito clubs, is it poping right now?

Im planning on going the 4th of january to the 6th, are the clubs poping durring this time of the year? Also I'm planning on staying at the Festival Plaza Hotel and Entertainment Resort. I know it will be loud till 4am, but i want to make sure it does when I go. So is it nice this time of the year?

Tourism is down a bit right now due to the scary news stories of kidnapping and general criminality that have rocketed around the world. In spite of the warnings from the US Department of State, Rosarito is always "poping". Bring your ear plugs.
