  1. Roses are the most picky plant you can..well plant! You need to go by each individual rose plant, some like to be wetter than others.  If they are new bushes, water them every other day if they are in the full hot sun for longer than 6 hours a day. As a rule of thumb, if you have well established bushes (over a year old), once a week soak the roots alternating every other week with a fertilizer specifically for roses in the morning hours. Never water them in the afternoon or evening, and NEVER NEVER water the leaves. Roses are famous for their list of bacteria and mildew that make the ugly spotted and yellow leaves and water only creates a breeding ground for it. Hope this helps and good luck to you!

  2. Every 2 days on summer and once a week on cold season.

Build a soil dam around each bush and water at least 20 liters  to penetrate up to the deep roots.

  3. I water mine every few days, depending on the weather, direct sun or partial shade, potted or in the ground.  I have a lot of roses for my small yard, but I love them.  Morning watering is preferred, but not always possible.  Never water the "plant", water the roots.  They need good air circulation or they get a fungus.  This site may help:
