Rose bushes for sale?

Is there a store in missouri City, texas that sells rosebushes for a cheap price? please tell me the shop name and its adress. remember the keyword is cheap. Add a link if possible.

go to your local nurseries and look.  Right now where I live most roses are 50 percent off, some that are part damaged mainly from Japanese Beetles or disease are only 5 dollars, and these are 2 gallon containers.

now is not the time to plant roses... need to wait until January/ February to plant.
