I'm having make up problems. I have a mild/serious case of Rosecea on my face. It's mostly on my cheek bones (it looks like I poured blush on). Right now, All I've been using to cover it was foundation. It helps but it doesn't make it 'gone'. My question is Can I buy a concealer for blemishes and use it to cover all the Rosecea? If you have Rosecea, How do you cover it?

Here's a link to webmd for a defination of Rosecea:

  1. dermalend it apparantly works to cover skin irritations but doent inflame or irritate the condition further.

  2. use Lancome foundation...

its fairly expensive, but works GREAT!

  3. Have you tried Bare Minerals foundation? It's definitely worth a try! Visit your nearest Bare Escentuals store and an assistant can help you put the makeup on. They'll also tell you what you need as well as select the right shade for you. I highly recommend this product.

  4. I would use a green-based concealor or cream to help combat the redness in your skin.  Alot of blemish concealors are green, but I would make sure that the concealor does not contain any salicyclic acid.  Clinique now has a line of skincare for people with rosacea.  They have a greenbased primer to help reduce the redness.
