While most purebred Arabians stand between 15 and 16 hands, 16.2 hh is quite common if there is crossbreeding with a Thoroughbred. I have a friend who has an Anglo-Arabian mare (an Arabian and Thoroughbred crossbreed) standing 16.2 hh and she is superb in beauty, motion, and temperament.
Anyone here have a crossbreed Arabian standing above 16 hh?
