Arsenal’s Tomas Rosicky has insisted that the Czech Republic will bounce back in their game against Greece, following a rather humiliating loss to Russia, early on in the Euro 2012.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Andrei-Arshavin-c5771 went on to steal the show, as he put in a brilliant performance, which seemed to catch the Czech
side off guard.
However, Rosicky is now looking to win the coming game against Greece for the fans and feels that the team will go in, with everything to prove.
The team lost to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Greece-c2908 in 2004 in the semi finals of the tournament, but they won’t let the same thing happen again, as they are more determined than ever to pick up all three points from the game.
When talking about the upcoming game, Rosicky is quoted to have said:
"When it comes to our mental stage, we have a chance to make amends for the mistakes we made.”
"To say the truth, I remember it, the 2004 semi-final, but it's not a revenge. I still feel sorry about it though. Both teams have changed a lot since then, but for me it's not a matter of revenge. That's the past and this is today and tomorrow's game is
another match we have to win.”
He then insisted that he didn’t want to go home just yet and that is why, he would give it his all in the upcoming game.
"It's not a good memory. But I don't want to go home yet. We'll try to fight and not make mistakes."
Over the last couple of months, the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 midfielder has really picked up his form and has proven that he can be amongst the best, should he get his mind just right.
Given his determination and want to pick up a win in the upcoming game, he is bound to go on and give it his all, which could prove to be just what the team needs, in order to pick up their first win of the Euro 2012, as they look to make it to the knock
out stages.
