Arsenal’s Tomas Rosicky went on to reveal that he played most of Czech Republic’s game against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Greece-c2908 on one foot, given the fact that he injured himself early on in the game.
The midfielder was eventually replaced at the half time break, after it was revealed that he had injured his Achilles tendon in his foot.
Despite Rosicky not being able to give it his all on the pitch, the Czechs still went on to win their game by two goals to one, as they picked up all three points from their game against the Greeks.
Rosicky has now admitted that he felt he might be injured near the twentieth minute mark, which is when he started to hop around. However, with him looking to pick up all three points from the game, he didn’t look to get substituted early on and eventually
played for as long as he could.
With him now set to be treated for his injury, it is going to be a wait till we find out just how serious his injury is and just how long he will be injured for.
"Despite the fact that since 20th minute I was playing only on one foot, I wanted to carry on," Rosicky told reporters.

"But our doctors said it's better to stop and the fact we were leading 2-0 helped to support this decision. This is an Achilles' [tendon] injury, I'm not sure how serious, the doctors said it will be assessed as quick as possible. “

"This was purely accidental; I just made a move and felt the pain."
He then went on to admit that he was quite happy with the way the team played, since he felt their passing was fluid and they got the ball forward rather well. However, he also revealed that he didn’t really watch the second half, so he doesn’t know how
the team played in it.
Nonetheless, it is now going to be a wait to find out just how injured the player is and whether he is going to be able to continue in the completion or not.
