Arsenal’s Tomas Rosicky has admitted that he is happy with his performances and believes that his fitness has only improved with time.
The midfielder went on to suffer from a number of injury problems, following his move to the Emirates and since then, he has been slowly picking up his form for the team.
He finally managed to get fit in the 2009-2010 season and since then, he has slowly started to work his way back into the team.
The player has managed to make a decent number of appearances since then and feels that he is almost as fit as he was before he suffered his injuries.
When talking about his fitness and just how good he feels, the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Czech-Republic-c2882 international is quoted to have said: "The [fitness] numbers are very similar"
"There's no difference between what I'm doing now and, let's say, five years ago."You know, my normal age is 31 but in football years I'm 29 - I lost two years because of injury so let's just talk about my football age.”
He then went on to reveal that he prepared for games in the same manner and nothing really changed in that department so far.
"My preparation for games and training has not altered at all, it's the same as it has ever been," he continued.
He then ended on a high, as he admitted that he had improved as a player and that his performances had finally started to get better, as he had been placed in a role that he was more used to and felt more comfortable in.
He admitted that it was the manager’s brilliant idea to play him where he does that has helped the team get the best of him.

"I'm [playing] in the advanced position of the three, looking to get in between the opposition's midfield and defence," Rosicky explained.
Rosicky now needs to maintain his form, that he has shown for the Gunners in recent weeks, as he looks to try and help the team secure a finish in the third spot, in order to secure Champions League football for the coming season.
