Ross Taylor hoping to make early return from shoulder injury – Cricket News Update
New Zealand’s regular captain, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/LRPL-Taylor-c1849, is hoping to make an early return from the shoulder injury he had sustained in the tour opening T20 International against West Indies, at Lauderhill Florida, late last month.
Initially the 28-year-old Wellington-born cricketer had said that the injury would keep him out of action for almost five to six weeks, but now ten days later, he is gearing up for a return and has started batting in the nets
as well. He has been batting against spinners and fast bowlers over the past two days, and is satisfied with the way his injured shoulder has responded during the practice sessions.
"It was my first net against the quicks [today]," said Taylor while speaking to media reporters after practicing in St Kitts on Tuesday.
"I had the spinners yesterday. It was nice to get out there. It was a little bit better today. There's still a little bit of pain there but if I can keep improving like I have every day then I'm every chance of hopefully playing
a little bit earlier than I was first expecting when I first heard about the injury," he added further.

"We've just got to forget about the last two games…we've got to be as positive as possible and know that our performance in every game so far has been slightly better," said the regular skipper.
