Ross Taylor urges the side to remain confident ahead of the third ODI – Cricket News Update

a fresh start to the third fixture, which gets underway at Warner Park, Basseterre, in St Kitts, today, July 11, 2012.
"We've just got to forget about the last two games and try and be as confident as possible," insisted the right-hander while speaking to media persons after a practice session, in St. Kitts, on Tuesday.
"When you do lose 2-0 you start second guessing yourself a little bit, but we've got to be as positive as possible and know that our performance in every game so far has been slightly better," he added further.
After losing the two-match T20 series against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/DJG-Sammy-c1382 and men, the Kiwis were hapless during the ODI series opener, at Kingston, Jamaica. However, they looked a better side in the previous game, at the same Jamaica venue, as
they not only curbed the scoring rate of the opposition in the death overs, but also scored three half centuries, while chasing an intimidating 315 for 5. Those who scored fifties over the last weekend include wicketkeeper batsman http://www.senore.com/Cricket/BJ-Watling-c1172 (72 not out),

Taylor is also hoping to make an early return from the shoulder injury he had sustained last month, and has started batting in nets. However, it remains to be seen whether he returns to action during the ODI series, which concludes
next Monday, or in the opening Test of the two-match series, which gets underway at North Sound, from July 25.
