Rossi. No number 46 ...............?

Well race fans, as there are NO questions on MOTORCYCLE RACING hardly, I thought I would ask one.

As always, the prize for this question will be 12 points and big Kudos from me !!

Since Vale Rossi became famous ( i.e the GP times, not his mini-moto or go-kart days ), when has Rossi raced a full factory bike on the world stage and NOT used the famous " 46 " number ?

For a massive thumbs up and even more Kudos points, what was the number he did use ?

If it helps, he used the same number twice.

Havent a clue as I'm a "newbie" to watching MotoGP (2005 to be precise), but I'm going to have a guess at #74 for Kato. I know he has it somewhere on his leathers or on his bike and its the only thing I can think of.

You got me thinking, that one is for sure. I've got 2 books on the guy, tons of photos and with yahoo/google couldn't find the number...

I can tell you numbers he used while he was racing mini bike for example but not this.

I want to try and guess it, so I'm going with #11. I've seen a picture of him on a bike in a suit where it says #46, with a helmet that says #46, but the  number of the bike being #11. I'm not sure whether it was during a race, so... I can't wait for you to say the correct answer (or if I find a way to make Proc tell me the number ;))
