Rossi Ready To Join The Czech Grand Prix

After all the wait and anticipation finally we hear of what we all wanted to. Valentino Rossi has finally announced that he is recovering fast and it is hoped that he would be able to participate at the Czech Grand Prix this August 2010.

Rossi had the worst crash of his entire career in racing on June 5, 2010, in his home Town Italy, during a practice session at turn 13 of Mugello Circuit. He suffered from an open fracture on his right shinbone and since then he had been off the race world. His official website, after the initial medical reports told that the injury might claim a couple of weeks or even months.

However, the MotoGP Champion only after three weeks of his injury said in a Yamaha statement that he is really thrilled with the pace of progress.

Rossi after the continuous medical treatment had been able to start walking with crutches and he seems really happy now. Initially, the doctors as well as he himself were of the view that it might take a few months before the racer would be able to walk on his feet again.

Even now he commented on his official website that he never expected to feel this good in just a couple of weeks as the accident was so severe. He added that he was so distressed by the incident both physically and mentally that he thought it might take him a very long time to get relaxed again. Moreover, he thought that it would be a very long while before he could be mentally ready to be on the track again.

He was also happy to announce that he is now in a condition that he leaves his home for a while now and he was going to the gym as well for doing some exercise. He added that the gym work is at times hard for him at the present but he had been trying to do some light exercises. He seemed sad saying that he is trying his best to get back to his mental as well as physical health as soon as possible because he missed the MotoGP track very badly.

The reports on his official website also told that unfortunately he is still suffering from shoulder pain but he has been working on different muscle exercises to reduce the pain.

After the accident took place the last two races had been won by the Spanish driver, Jorge Lorenzo, who is also his team mate and had been able to take a lead of forty five points.

Rossi told press in one of his recent interviews that if his recovery process keeps going on with the same pace and nothing goes wrong with it then he is aiming to return at the Czech Grand Prix in Brno scheduled this August. This race would be the 10th round of the MotoGP calendar which holds a total of eighteen races.

The seven-time World Champion had been missed at the track desperately. The auto race fans especially the MotoGP fans are desperately waiting for his return. Previously a number of MotoGP racers told that the contest means a little less after Rossi is not being a part of it. The American rider, Nicky Hayden, commented just before the last race that anyone who would win the title this year would feel a little less of a Champion if Rossi would not be back in the race soon.

However, it is expected that soon we would witness his races again as the prayers and best wishes of hundreds and thousands of fans are with him.

The news got immense media coverage as well as the fans followed every bit of information like crazy.

He has had won seven times at the same place earlier.
