Ok this is weird.

Yes I know THE GOD lives in London, but I cant figure out why he is holding a Bank of England £5 note whilst in Italy watching a crappy W.S.B race.

The best answer gets 12 points and will be in my good books!

  1. As far as the rumours go it was part of a large bribe to non other than James Tosland to throw the Missano double race win.

    Rossi was a bit worried that he will dominate and improve his chance of getting a Honda ride in MotoGP.

    Apparently money changed hands but Rossi got back to his motor home and realised he had short changed him by a fiver. Being a Yorkshire lad with his keen eye for keeping hold of his money, Rossi was told of his mistake and borrowed the first scooter and lid he could find to pay the fiver.

    Solved :-)

  2. Hello Wiggysan,

    One of two possible reasons:-

    He'd just had his photo taken with a female marshall before this photo was snapped so he could be using the pen (?) in his left hand to give her his phone number - 'cos lets face it, he is one horny mutha - something that you obviously never mention!

    OR

    He was stood on the bend where moments before Biaggi had wiped out Haga and was saying to the marshall "give this to little Max - to dry his eyes with!" LOL

    I personally think he was wearing that helmet to prove that some guys look cool in anything!

  3. He had a bet with James Toseland about how bad he looks in the helmet and he lost and had to pay him the fiver.

    As for the helmet, what's he thinking......

  4. Yesterday I received the autobiography book of Valentino Rossi. I didn't really have time to read it but somewhere was said how much Rossi loves Britain. He may carry it for luck, although it looks like he is paying someone or just giving the money away, but still my point is that something small as this may remind him of home. Or maybe he just didn't want to exchange the money.

    I don't know... I can't really get why it is such big a deal.

    But it's true that many people say "God save the Queen!" so maybe he wanted to protect her too :}

    I know it sounds silly, whatever... I hope you find the real answer ;)
