Roster advice?

Question

Tulo and Barmes are free agents in my league. I could use some offense help and was wondering if there was anyone worth dropping to pick either of them up, if not to keep as a utility player than to at least use as trade bait. Should I look to drop Church, Willingham, Byrnes (all currently on the dl), or DeRosa, Kotchman, or someone else? Thanks for any suggestions you can offer about this or any other moves to make.

You have a lot of people on the DL. But what I prefer is to get a better catcher. Varitek's not that great right now and your roster is lacking some power. Teixeira's supposed to have a lot of power, but is struggling this year. Beltran is starting to heat up, but won't answer all of the power issues. You have good contact hitters with Theriot, Reyes, Kotchman, DeRosa, and Beltran. I'm not sure if you're willing to give up some of your pitchers, but here are some offers...
