RotateMe for Mobiles?

Hey does anyone, how the h**l rotateme works? i want one for my nokia n73, its soo confusing can anyone exsplain to me in dumb dumb terms how to sign it or can someone just give me a signed version of it

It is developer's job to sign the file so that you can install it. As such all you can do is ask Samir to sign its things before releasing them.
