Rough estimate of shingling?

I am going to be putting in an offer on a house, there are several buildings there that need to be reshingled. The house which is just under 1400 sq ft, a quonset where the roof is round and comes down the sides to about 3 feet off the ground, a double garage and a building that has the swimming pool.

I just need a very rough estimate on what it will cost for someone to come in and do the job. I am going to offer lower then what they are asking, but I don't have a clue, it could be 2K or 200K and I wouldn't have a guess as to which one.

The cost will depend on the material and labor cost in your area.  You might call 2 or 3 companies to get estimates  in your area (hopefully they will be free estimates).  Or possibly call a contractor or company and ask them for price ranges.  If roofers know you will bid the job, they might be more competitive in their asking price.
