can anyone tell me what geek squad might charge me (in store) to put i tunes on my computer ( this will involve getting sp2 to be installed because "access is denied" any range is accepted just a guess

Too much.  Geek Squad is always over priced. Google for answers on getting it installed yourself.

If it's JUST installing iTunes, $29.99.  If you need updates installed to do it, expect it to run about double that, and if you have major OS damage it could run up to $199.99.

If you take it in though, the can give you a more exact price based on seeing your computer.
