Rough skin on the top of my wrist?

I have one patch of rough skin at the top of my wrist, about an inch by an inch. it doesnt hurt or itch, its just really dry, rough, and hard really. it also has a slight (an i really mean slight) discoloration, a little darker than the rest of my skin. ive tried a pumice stone, lotions, and body butter, but it doesnt seem to have any effect at all. any ideas on how to make it go away? i guess it doesnt bother me too much, i pretty comfortable in my skin, but sometimes ill put me hand on it without thinking and then it kind of gets on my nerves.

is it eczema?  i'd get it checked if i were you, just to make sure it's not a rash.
