Roughly, how much seed can be harvested from a calabrese broccoli plant, if it's allowed to set seed?

Also, if you know, please tell me...are the green leaves of the plant edible? (The big green leaves, not the parts of the plant normally sold at the grocer.)

If every flower of a normal calabrese-broccoli-head sets seed the amount should be about 5000.

BTW 1g > 375 seeds.

The young leaves and stems are edible but large green leaves should be fed to the rabbits f.e.
