depends where i live they stay for about 1 hour then move but sometimes they can stay all day

Depends, I saw one in the same spot everyday for over a month once. Then they moved after their ticket rate feel to almost nothing.

depends how many speed. if its a constant problem then you'll constantly have an officer watching the speeders! SLOW THE h**l DOWN!

There is no specific time limit/frame. I have several friends who are on the force, and they tell me that if they're having a good day (lots of catch), then they'll stick to that spot for a while. If it's a quite day, or if they get bored, they tend to travel around a bit. There certainly is no official guidelines on it.
