  1. As a roulette dealer myself, the guy who said ONLY BET THE 0 and 00 is SO WRONG.

it is true that the outside bets lose when they come up, but that does not affect the house edge.

every bet on the table has the same house edge, including the 0 and 00. EVERY BET, no JOKE.

the best advice is to find a casino that offers a wheel with only one 0, these tables often have a higher limit like $25 or $50......why???? cause they have a smaller house edge and the casino needs you to bet more to make the same amount!

  2. I've always thought that there was an easy way to make money playing roulette, but never heard anyone else doing it.  Here's the strategy.

Bet on black every time.  Double your bet every time you lose.  In the long run, you will double your original bet.

For example, we'll start with 10 dollars.

Bet ten dollars on black.  If you win, you get 10 dollars.  If not bet 20 dollars on black.  If you win you get 40 dollars.  Subtract the 30 dollar investment and you have 10 dollars.  Extend this to five losing spins.  On the sixth spin, you bet $320 and finally black comes up.  Your payout is 640 and your total investment is 630, leaving you with $10 profit.

If you extend this to a strategy that has 25% odds, your winnings increase considerably.  Your winnings once it paid out would be double your last bet + $20.

For example, if you placed a $10 bet with 25% payout (I've never played roulette, so I don't know how to get these odds) and you doubled your bet after every loss and you didn't hit until the seventh spin, your finances would be as follows:

    Last Bet: $640

    Total Investment: $1270

    Current Payout: $2560

    Actual winnings: $1290

The worse the odds (assuming a payout according to odds) the more money you make with the caveat that it will take more money to actually withstand the losses.

I don't really have any experience playing roulette.  I've just always thought the above practice would be interesting.

  3. Here is a system I used the other day and turned £20 into £200 in about an hour or so. http://www.best-casinosites.com/roulette...

  4. usually what I do is play the thirds and a color. if i hit a color and not the thirds, i break even, if i hit a thirds but not the color, I make 50%, if i hit both, i make 250%.

if i'm up, i'll play a dozen and a column.

if' i'm up a lot, i'll play a spread 3rds like what you describe, usually up to 4-6 bets inside a thirds. i don't normally play single numbers, usually at least a 2, 3, 4 or 6 number bet. sometimes i'll pick a single number inside a thirds and spread it all over, so I win 3-4 different ways if it hits.

usually though I never play roulette anymore unless i can find a $.10 table. nowadays, it's all $10 or higher.

  5. Really I want to know to

  6. Avoid the game at all costs, you cannot beat the house edge in the long run. You had a short streak of luck, take the money and run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I too have heard about the Zero/DoubleZero theory, and I have asked a dealer friend about it, and got confirmation, the croupier will try to hit those zeros with the spin. Of course it does not always work for them, but this particular dealer said the fact that they try does seem to have some effect.

This is not statistically valid evidence, but purely anecdotal, so it may or may not be true.

    Good luck at the tables!

  7. Easy I close my eye and throw the chip in the air and where ever it land it lands

  8. The roulette wheel does not have a memory, so you would not find a system that will beat the house on the long run. See the article in source box. However, by increasing or decreasing your risks on your bets you can vary your results.

For example, if you make several bets on different sectors+colour+range of numbers each spin you may decrease your possible loss and play longer. You can even win a little bit almost every time but your win will be small compared to bankroll.

Alternatively, you may increase your wagers and bet on single numbers (that you have not seen too long) but this way you will loose almost always.

The best way to win is the ability to stop gambling at the right time. Just stop playing after a winning spin, no matter how much you win, and you'll increase your odds.

  9. Only play the zero and double-zero!

The house wins ALL outside bets when one of the zeros hits. Therefore they want the zeros to come up more often. 2 of my friends are dealers at Foxwoods and they do train them to hit a certain section of the wheel on each spin. And the DO aim for the zeros.

Roulette is actually an awful casino game for the player, but if you enjoy playing, bet the zeros and you have a greater chance of coming out on top.

  10. I play inside bets and on various sectors. Yours is an interesting strategy and I wish you'd go more into the exacts of it.

I'm working on a few strategy's right now and posting my bank balance results online. All currently known strategies will eventually lose, but I'm trying to identify an appropriate stop-loss.

I'd love for you to share this at my community and who knows... you may even learn something from others ;-)

  11. Roulette is a guessing game to me. Any number can hit at any time. Talk about playing "pick a number"! I just play certain numbers all the time and if they hit, great! If not, I'm that much poorer. You can look for the tables that have a, so-called, "dealer signature", meaning the dealer tends to roll the marble a certain way all the time and it lands on certain numbers more often. Look for many repeating numbers. Of course, it's rare.
