Roulette trainee Picture bets learning?

Question

hi, im training on roulette

how can i quickly learn picture bets

im just staring at all the patterns buts nothing is getting in

anyone know a more effective way??

Study, study, study.  I am a gaming instructor.  To be proficient in the pix bets, you have to have good lateral thinking.  This is not easy for everyone,  but with a lot of consistent study and practice, you can do it.  

For example:  an H- pattern pays 101. If you look at it on the board using chips,  it appear as 1 0 1.

If you can make some flash cards you'll find they help, if you have access to a table get someone to place the bets quickly and then take them away. I know it's hard just staring at them but give yourself time and don't expect things to come to easy. It takes a lot of hard work to become a competent dealer but once your there it can be a very rewarding job. Please feel free to mail me if you need any help.

Generally, most strategies and systems on roulette are based on the split bets. But there are some picture bets like the Red Snake but I don't know any others..
