I won't post a pic of me, but i'm 14, with dirty blond hair(with red streaks), with a quite round face

i wouldn't think so

the layers are really blunt, so it might end up making your face look chubby even if it isn't.

you could try an asymmetrical cut like this one

long hair wuld look a lot better.

i would really have to see your face to properly determine, but this haircut does seem to accentuate your head and face shape. I think longer hair with layers works well on round faces cause it lengthens the face. But if you opt for short hair, you should do a cut that has layers with more texture.
