  1. "Round to whole number" means round it to the nearest number without decimals.  In order to round to the nearest number without decimals, look at the decimal and if the decimal number is bigger than or equal to 5, then add 1 to the digit which is left to the decimal.  If the decimal number is smaller than 5 then, just drop the decimal.

    E.g. 1) 49.6 => 50

    2) 55.1 => 55
