NEED help not so much with the fulll cuz im perfect at the half and cradle

  1. for the round off - what ever foot you put down first  (right or left) is the hadn you put down first (right or left)  the first hand should be staright and the second hand should be faced inward, push off on the second hand, once you get to the handstand position , whip your feet together and dont bend your arms, push off with your shoulders.

    for the back bend, keep your legs about a shoulder-length apart, then while bending back, keep your arms staight and locked, as long as you keep your arms straight, you wont fall.

    back walkover, get into your bridge, this is kind of hard to explain but your hips have to be up , sorry thats kind of confusing, your feet and hands cant be too f**t aparts, dont be to long. Then push off of one leg really hard and your other leg will follow. Keep your arms locked.

    Sorry i dont have any tips for full lifts, but i hope that my other tips helped!
