Roundoff backhandspring question!!?

how much harder is a roundoff backhandspring than a normal handspring on the trampoline

  1. Well, it might seem as though the standing BHS on the trampoline is eaiser at first, but as time goes on and your skills progress, i think you'll find that doing a RO BHS is eaiser. The RO BHS is eaiser once you grasp the concept of connecting the round-off and the backhandspring, and your able to figure out the right speed for you to go at in consideration of the power of your pass.  

    The trampoline seems eaiser at first, because it has more give to it, seeing as the trampoline is a substitute for muscle, as my coach would put it.

    But once you get the RO BHS down, the RO BHS will be eaiser, because you'll find yourself uppercutting on the trampoline.

  2. well you hafta get a lot of speed and know how 2 hurdle and u might just want to try doing a few roundoffs then jumping backwards like you are gonna go into a backhandspring just to get the feel of it. and it is more difficult because there isn't any spring there like on the trampoline, it's just hard ground. its pretty much a big difference.
